Applicable to:
- Guests with an Airbnb rating of 4.8 or higher, and
- Guests who have received at least 3 reviews.
*Guests must meet both conditions to be eligible for this discount.
2. Mobile Discount
Offer an exclusive 10% discount to guests booking through the Airbnb app to capture mobile-first demand.

How discounts are prioritized
- When multiple discounts are set up for the same period, the highest-priority offer will apply and override the others.
- Rule-sets always apply first when combining discounts, with any additional promotion calculated on the resulting price.
- Non-refundable discounts are applied after all other discounts are calculated.
